The Grounds Team is responsible for the Downtown and 1604 Campus grounds maintenance and landscaping including:
- Irrigation
- Weeding, trimming and mowing lawns
- Maintaining trees, shrubs and indoor and outdoor plants
- Maintaining athletic fields
- Landscaping
- Coordination of dumpster services
- Maintaining clean campus streets, sidewalks and parking lots
- Pest control
- Outdoor special event support
- Removal of snow and ice from sidewalks, roads and parking lots
