      PM Shop (Preventive Maintenance)

The PM Team maintains University equipment by performing scheduled inspections, testing, and replacment of parts on refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and other mechanical equipment. Maintenance schedules are based on manufacturer recommendations, government regulations, and warranty and building code requirements.
